By using YeetIt, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. It's that simple.
YeetIt is a social platform where you can anonymously tell someone you have a crush on them by leaving clues on their profile. On Valentine's Day (14 February), the mystery is over — your identity is revealed to the people you left clues for.
YeetIt is for adults only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will delete their account and data without notice.
This is the most important part, so please read it carefully:
When you create a profile, your display name and the number of clues you've received are visible to anyone who has your profile link. Your email address is not shown publicly — it is only shared during the Valentine's Day reveal (see above).
You can delete your profile and account at any time.
Don't use YeetIt to:
We can suspend or delete your account at any time if you break these rules — no warnings required.
The clues you write are yours. By posting them on YeetIt, you give us permission to display them on the platform as part of the service. That's it — we won't use your content for anything else.
The YeetIt name, logo, design, and code belong to us. Please don't copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without asking first.
YeetIt is provided "as is". We do our best to keep things running, but we can't promise the site will always be available or bug-free. We're not responsible for any interactions between users, including what happens after identities are revealed.
To the extent the law allows, YeetIt is not liable for any damages — direct or indirect — that come from using the platform. This includes (but isn't limited to) hurt feelings, awkward conversations, or any consequences of the Valentine's Day reveal.
You can delete your account whenever you want. We can also suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. Once an account is deleted, your data and clues are removed.
How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy. By using YeetIt, you agree to that too.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we'll post the updated version here. Continuing to use YeetIt after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Australian courts.
